Territory Manager - Fumigation / Pest Control Grain Protect is a well-respected privately owned and growing business with offices in Ballarat & Wagga that specializes in offering products and services to the fumigation and grain storage industry.
We provide fumigation services across Victoria, NSW, QLD & South Australia and distribute fumigants and grain protectants Australia wide.
About You
Highly desirable: Knowledge of pest control and/or fumigation industry. Grain handling experience preferred. Previous experience in grain handling, pest control, or fumigation industry with a solid understanding of grain supply chains. Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and customer service. Tech-savvy or possessing the ability and willingness to learn. Natural ability as a coach and mentor. Excellent multi-tasking abilities. Seeking the next step in your career. Interested in working for a dynamic and independent, Australian-owned business. Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Able to work hands-on when required; some tasks can be labour-intensive. The opportunity
A fantastic opportunity is now available for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team, based in the Moree area, where you will provide pest control and fumigation services to on-farm properties and commercial sites. Location can be flexible for the right applicant.
This role involves accessing silos and grain storages, domestic travel, and extended hours during busy periods.
Company car - you will be provided with a dual cab ute, phone, and an iPad/laptop. Ongoing development - we provide extensive training and ongoing development opportunities to help you be your best. Experience in the agriculture/grain handling industry. Able to work at heights. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug/alcohol screen & background checks. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Ability to travel (NSW, QLD). Commitment to ongoing development in the grain storage pest control industry.
