About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader: Scholarships, Graduations and Records you will assist with and undertake administrative and event planning activities to ensure the effective running of the University's Graduation and Presentation of Awards Ceremonies. You will also process applications for the issue of Academic Transcripts, Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements and parchments, as well as respond to enquiries from current students, Alumni, other UniSA staff and the general public.
Essential Skills and Experience Post-secondary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experienceProven ability to apply knowledge and skills in administration including high level of computer skills including the use of databases, spreadsheets, word processing, administrative information systems and electronic communication systemsDemonstrated high level of interpersonal, verbal and written skills appropriate for communicating with all levels of university staff, students and the general publicProven commitment to delivering high-quality customer serviceProven organisational skills with experience in meeting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and working independently or as part of a teamBenefits
