Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator

Insignia is a leading national distributor of industrial labelling and coding equipment with over 50 years' experience in the Australian packaging market. With multiple locations nationwide, Insignia is widely recognised as experts in identification and traceability, and work with world-leading brands in thermal printing, barcoding, data capture, marking & coding.
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to facilitate the effective purchasing and delivery of finished goods into the business. This role also supports the cost-effective purchasing of hardware, consumables, spare parts, and software, whilst maintaining inventory levels of stocked items to ensure inventory is available to meet our customers' delivery and quality requirements. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with our external suppliers providing excellence in service and in collaboration with our internal teams to ensure streamline of processes and communication.
Key Responsibilities Order all Hardware, Consumables, Spare Parts, and Software from local and overseas suppliers, ensuring cost-effective purchases and availability when required. Proactively manage all purchase orders according to their required ETA dates to ensure they arrive on time. Conduct analysis and review of exceptions and proactively mitigate. Analyse inventory trends and adjust forecasting as required. Ensure correct items and quantities of stock are kept in inventory. About You Recently completed tertiary studies in a similar field (desirable). Demonstrated a high standard of attention to detail and analytical skills. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, handle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and manage activities through to completion. Good communication skills with the ability to negotiate and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
