Regular Supervision and Mentorship:
Throughout the program, you will receive regular supervision from a Team Leader, Mentor, and Practice Coach.

Comprehensive Workshops:
Take advantage of our regular new graduate workshops covering a range of topics related to your role, work skills, and therapy approaches with children and families.

We offer tailored professional development modules and workshops to further enrich your expertise in the field.
IT Support Sessions:
We understand the importance of technology in modern therapy practices.
New Graduate Buddy:
Our program includes pairing you with a new graduate buddy who will be a helpful guide and support system during your journey with us.
Time for Consolidation and Growth:
We provide you with ample time to consolidate your learning, explore your interest areas, and learn from experienced professionals, empowering you to confidently achieve positive outcomes for your clients.
We ensure a graduated caseload build to give you time to learn and develop your skills.
Competitive salary and conditions:
Total package of over $90,000.
A salary packaging program:
Up to $15,900 – equates to an approximate $6,000 salary increase.
Additional meals and entertainment salary packaging:
Up to $2,650.
Generous relocation allowance:
If applicable.

Provided.
Flexible work patterns:
With RDOs and purchased leave options available.
