We offer: Regular Supervision and Mentorship: Throughout the program, you will receive regular supervision from a Team Leader, Mentor, and Practice Coach.
Collaborative Team Environment: You'll have access to a team of multiple disciplines, fostering a peer-to-peer learning environment where you can exchange ideas and knowledge with like-minded professionals.
Comprehensive Workshops: Take advantage of our regular new graduate workshops covering a range of topics related to your role, work skills, and therapy approaches with children and families.
Professional Development Modules: We offer tailored professional development modules and workshops to further enrich your expertise in the field.
IT Support Sessions: We understand the importance of technology in modern therapy practices.
New Graduate Buddy: Our program includes pairing you with a new graduate buddy who will be a helpful guide and support system during your journey with us.
Time for Consolidation and Growth: We provide you with ample time to consolidate your learning, explore your interest areas, and learn from experienced professionals, empowering you to confidently achieve positive outcomes for your clients. We ensure a graduated caseload build to give you time to learn and develop your skills.
Competitive salary and conditions: Total package of over $90,000.
A salary packaging program: Up to $15,900 – equates to an approximate $6,000 salary increase.
Additional meals and entertainment salary packaging: Up to $2,650.
Generous relocation allowance: If applicable.
A laptop and iPhone: Provided.
Flexible work patterns: With RDOs and purchased leave options available.
