You'll work with a team of dedicated allied health and client support professionals, collaborating on treatment plans and sharing knowledge to contribute to a holistic care approach for our wonderful clients. You'll be mentored by experienced clinicians, delivering therapy in one of our well-equipped clinics, at client's homes, schools and via telehealth.

Provide early intervention and therapy services to support children and families, maximising independence and participation. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate speech pathology interventions based on an individual's sensory, cognitive and physical needs in collaboration with the individuals, families and relevant others. Provide therapy interventions and supports in collaboration with others, particularly within a key worker/transdisciplinary team approach. Providing evidence informed therapy services to clients and NDIS participants building on family/client strengths, needs and priorities. Support inclusion and participation for clients in community activities of their choice. To work closely with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication, leadership and support are provided to deliver quality services and supports. Is this the right role for you? Degree in Speech Pathology Eligible for SPA registration Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025 Current Driver's License and vehicle National Police Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR certification. An understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
