We're looking for a Graduate Sourcing Officer to join the Supply Chain team in Prestons on a permanent, full time basis.

About the Role Reporting directly to the Head of International Sourcing, this is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in sourcing and procurement. As a graduate in this role, you will:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring sourcing projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines.Analyse supplier performance, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and assist in negotiations when needed.Identify and implement opportunities to streamline sourcing processes and enhance efficiency.About You We are seeking a motivated and driven graduate who is eager to learn and grow. Ideally, you will have:
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.A strong desire to develop skills in sourcing and procurement within a supportive team environment.And a degree in one of the following fields:
Supply Chain or International SourcingBusiness Management (preferably International Business)Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)What can you expect from us?
