We are looking to employ a Graduate Solicitor or Newly Admitted Solicitor.

We are a busy, experienced and well-regarded boutique legal firm located in Jannali in the Sutherland Shire, offering legal services to individuals and businesses.
Our practice operates in Conveyancing & Property Law, Wills and Estate Planning, Deceased estates, Legal advice for the Elderly, as well as Business & Commercial Law.
Your role will involve: Legal Research Meeting clients face-to-face Filing Responding to emails Photocopying/Safepacketing client records Preparation of probate applications Drafting estate planning documents, court forms and correspondence Assisting with Conveyancing The successful candidate will have a desire to learn more and expand their education in a practical office environment.
You will have strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
You will be friendly and confident, with the ability to use a phone system in a professional manner and be proficient in the use of a computer with capacity to learn our legal database system.
You will have the maturity to handle sensitive information and clients and keep important information confidential.
You'll demonstrate high attention to detail, be proactive, organised, and able to prioritise.
We work to deadlines.
You will have a willingness to follow procedures, learn and adapt in a constantly changing industry, and work in harmony with our team.
Above all, you will demonstrate reliability, take pride in your appearance, and present in a professional manner.
