The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate solicitor to join our litigation team in our Armidale Office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate to gain valuable experience in a variety of litigation and dispute resolution areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting senior solicitors and partners with legal research, drafting documents including pleadings and correspondence, and client communication
Attending court hearings and meetings
Managing caseloads and deadlines
Providing legal advice to clients
Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Skills and Qualifications:
Law degree from a recognised university
Practical legal training (PLT) or admission to practice
Strong research and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Immediate exposure to clients
Supportive and collaborative work environment
