The Role: We are looking for two motivated and eager Graduate Software Developers to join our Brisbane Head Office on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting into our Lead Software Developer Analyst, as a Graduate Software Developer, you will embark on an exciting journey in the software development field, contributing to various projects while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
You will be part of a dynamic team, working under the guidance of experienced developers and participating in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities Include: Collaborate with senior developers to design, implement, and maintain software applications across various platforms.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with industry best practices and company coding standards.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, programming languages, and development tools relevant to the team's projects and objectives.
Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of software development methodologies.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and development processes.
Document code changes and updates to ensure clarity and maintainability for future development efforts.
