We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Site Engineer to join a construction team delivering high-profile infrastructure projects in Devonport. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their engineering career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.You will work on challenging and innovative projects, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale engineering works.Key Responsibilities:Setting Out and Surveying:Assist in site surveys and establish engineering controls for construction activities.Conduct accurate setting out using modern equipment such as GPS and total stations.Project Coordination:Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.Quality Assurance:Implement quality control procedures and ensure work is carried out to a high standard.Assist in the preparation of as-built records and quality documentation.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):Promote a strong safety culture and support the enforcement of health and safety policies.Conduct risk assessments and ensure activities comply with environmental regulations.Requirements:A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Strong technical knowledge and a keen interest in construction engineering.Familiarity with surveying equipment and CAD software is advantageous.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid driving license.How to Apply:If you are enthusiastic about pursuing a rewarding career in civil engineering and contributing to transformative projects, we encourage you to apply.
