What you'll do: Respond to customer and business partner enquiries via telephone, email, and webchat.Produce customer correspondence within agreed service levels and quality criteria.Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Internal Dispute Resolution team.Participate in continuous improvement activities.Actively self-manage performance and engage in coaching and training to improve performance.Adhere to policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory guidelines.What you bring: Bachelor/Certificate/Diploma of Business, Commerce, Banking or Finance EssentialExcellent communication skills across various channels including telephone, email, and webchat.Ability to adhere to shift schedules and task rosters.Proficiency in producing high-quality customer correspondence within agreed service levels.Experience in resolving customer complaints or escalating them as necessary.Commitment to continuous improvement activities.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
