What You'll Do: Proactively participate in structured training, on-site coaching, and practical work experience.Support Project Managers and Safety Managers in improving workplace health and safety.Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety systems and procedures.Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, providing actionable feedback.Investigate incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.Stay current with legislation, industry standards, and innovative safety practices.Champion a transparent and positive safety culture, leading by example.About You: Passionate and energetic about safety, with a proactive approach to mitigating risks.A team player with a positive, collaborative mindset.Detail-oriented with intermediate skills in data entry, Microsoft Office, and task organisation.A strong communicator, capable of building rapport across all levels of the organisation.Holds a Certificate IV in OHS (or similar) and Construction Induction Training (White Card).Possesses a valid driver's licence and is open to travel between sites.Construction industry experience and a background in HSEQ are highly regarded.Why Join Us?
