The Role: You will play a critical role in managing and nurturing existing client relationships.
This position works closely with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products/services, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will need to be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong, long-term client relationships.Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.Cross and upsell the portfolio of solutions the business offers.Provide timely responses to client inquiries, issues, and feedback.Conduct regular account reviews and ensure all necessary reporting is completed accurately and on time.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, account status, and progress on key initiatives.Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth.What are you waiting for?
