What we are looking for: We currently have a Risk & Compliance opening for our Graduate Program 2025. We're looking for high performing individuals that have an interest working in Finance or Fintech. Our Graduate Program starts in February 2025.
The program will be for a duration of 12 months with the possibility of going permanent afterwards. We are looking for individuals that are interested in operational risk & compliance.
Our Operational Risk and Compliance team is driving the ongoing maturation of the Group's risk and compliance strategy and framework. Their focus is on ensuring that the organization conducts its business processes in compliance with laws and regulations, professional standards, and accepted business practices, and advocate for a customer centric business approach. The department provides commercially sound risk and compliance advice and high-quality reporting to senior stakeholders across the Group. Some of your tasks might be to handle customer complaints and liaise with customer and/or regulatory bodies to resolve these complaints. You will also be involved in developing strategies and frameworks to mitigate operational risk for the organisation.
