We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Graduate Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team to provide essential support across the graduate employee lifecycle.
Working as part of a national team, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our graduates, from application to onboarding and beyond.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Graduate Recruitment team nationally, from application, interviews, onboarding and program management (rotations).
Coordinate onboarding activities and liaise with stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for new graduates.
Assist with the coordination of graduate recruitment campaigns, including advertising, application management, and interview scheduling.
Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems, including Workday.
Support the organisation of graduate events, training sessions, and other development initiatives.
Assist with reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have/be: Proven experience in an administrative or co-ordinator role, ideally within recruitment or HR.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming attitude.
Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a highly fast-paced environment A team player who enjoys supporting others and working collaboratively Excited by graduate resourcing and enjoy participating in all aspects of the graduate recruitment process with a strong desire to grow and develop.
