Graduate Reporting AnalystAbout the roleWe're seeking a highly motivated Graduate to join our Finance System and Reporting team at Youi.In this role, you'll collaborate closely with your team to automate processes, prioritise new system advancements, and create top-notch finance reports and dashboards.Your proactive approach will help you become an expert in systems, data, and reporting.This is a data driven environment and utilising your problem-solving skills, you will tackle real problems.There is a path for career advancement while maintaining a work-life balance.You'll receive on-the-job training and work alongside experienced professionals, gaining and utilising technical proficiencies in SQL, Python, and Power BI.We highly value individuals with the right attitude, a thirst for learning, and a proactive growth mindset.Key priorities Collect business requirements and act as the subject matter expert in delivering impactful system enhancement solutions.Identify, prioritise, and implement reporting solutions, ensuring smooth transition and conducting functional testing.Reconcile integrations, manage risk incidents, and conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvements.Provide troubleshooting support, deliver training and distribute procedures for easy adoption of developed solutions.Ways of workingIdeally, we prefer someone at our Sunshine Coast headquarters, but we're also considering Fortitude Valley.Our hybrid model requires office presence Tuesday to Thursday at either location, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays & Fridays.About you Completion of a relevant degree with a foundational knowledge of systems, data models and reporting.Enthusiasm for systems, data, and innovation.Demonstrated commitment to self-improvement, continuous learning, and personal development.Dedicated team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.Exceptional time management skills and ability to thrive under pressure.Attentive to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.How to applyWe would love the opportunity to get to know you better, but we know it works both ways.Get to know a little more about us at youi.com.au and click "
