Mid-Year entry program:BRHS offers a 12-month single program providing the opportunity to consolidate practice in various areas in the clinical settings, including a potential primary health care rotation at Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) in Lakes Entrance. Rotations are available in; Medical/Surgical Tambo ward, Medical/Palliative/Paediatrics Rotamah ward, Rehabilitation/ AOD Flanagan ward and Aged Care. Specialty rotations may be available in; Emergency, Medical Imaging, Perioperative areas and Midwifery (dual degree graduates only). Specialty rotations are possible depending on available EFT and graduate suitability.Benefits of the program:You will experience 2 x 6-month rotations across the Health Service and potentially one off-site rotation to GLCH.Enjoy a personalized learning program supported by experienced health professionals who are dedicated to seeing you grow and succeed in your Graduate Registered Nurse will be encouraged to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills throughout the program and into your nursing will also benefit from regular study days, debrief sessions, as well as being assigned a mentor to support your induction and development over the completion of the Graduate Program, you will have the option of choosing either to participate in our Transition Program or apply for ongoing employment in an area of your choice according to available EFT.What you need?Having completed within the last 12 months or nearing completion of Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Midwifery and AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse and Midwife.
