We are looking for people who will strive to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents while offering them dignity, safety, and independence.
We offer a supportive environment with dedicated and experienced clinical teams on-site, a graduate nurse program coordinator to guide and support you along the way and a structured 12-month graduate nurse program covering a range of comprehensive clinical and development orientation models designed to develop and support you in your first year as a graduate nurse. Skills & Requirements for the Role: To be considered for this role, ideally we are looking for:
Current unrestricted registration with AHPRALess than 12 months of post registration clinical experience as a Registered NurseAn understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements as a Registered NurseAbility to work in a multidisciplinary team of like-minded care professionalsAn understanding of assessments and developing care plans Ability to learn to effectively communicate complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their representatives.An understanding of Aged Care Quality StandardsDemonstrated organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated well developed computer and documentation skillsExcellent communication and clinical problem-solving skillsConfidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.Available to work Monday to Friday day shiftsMust be eligible to work in Australia (International Students on Graduate Visa are welcome to apply)Employee Benefits & Work Culture: Our vision has always been to provide high quality homes accessible and inclusive to every person, and which encourage independence and best practice in models of service and care.
