Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Registered Nurse to join our Team at our Hope Valley site.
This role is suitable for a recent graduate with less than 12 months experience as an RN and is a 1-year contract opportunity, with a view to move to a permanent role at the end of the contract.
Applicants must be available for a minimum of 0.8 FTE, up to the full-time hours below. This position does not include afternoon, night, and weekend shifts. Week 1: Monday 07:00 – 15:06Tuesday 07:00 – 15:06Thursday 07:00 – 15:06Friday 07:00 – 15:06Week 2: Monday 07:00 – 15:06Tuesday 07:00 – 15:06Thursday 07:00 – 15:06Friday 07:00 – 15:06As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality individualized nursing care to residents, including complex care needs in particular wound and pain management. You will also have supervision responsibility for staff on the floor to ensure that care provided delivers excellence in customer service to our residents. You will work closely with our experienced clinicians.
You will be supported by Level 2 and Level 3 RN staff to ensure comprehensive clinical care is provided to residents as part of our unique Case Management model.
