At Bupa Aged Care, we are committed to attracting the best nurses who are passionate about aged care. As part of our commitment, we are excited to offer opportunities for Registered Nurses with less than 18months experience to participate in our August intake of our Graduate Program.
Our Graduate Program: Our Graduate Program is open for newly graduated Registered Nurses - within 12 months of graduation. Places in our Program are offered on a full-time basis, working 38 hours per week.
Note: If you are unable to commit to 38 hours a week, we may be able to consider a commitment of a minimum of 30 hours a week pending placement availability.
Our Program which commences on the 12th August 2024, is designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capability in a structured, supportive and caring environment whilst providing you with mentorship and exposure to the many rewarding facets of a nursing career in aged care.
Our Graduate Program includes four, 3-month long placements over 12 months, covering the following areas of Nursing:
- Assessment & Care Planning of the Older Person
- Complex Health Care Needs
- Caring for residents living with dementia
- Leadership
