Working together with your clients, their families and others involved in their care, you will work together with them to develop individualised and person-centred therapy plans to support them in achieving their goals.
Your 12-month graduate program focuses on building the skills you need to deliver high quality services to our clients, as well as supporting you to grow and learn.

Here's what you can expect from the Graduate Program:
Structured onboarding and induction program in your first week, allowing you to connect and form relationships with the graduate team
Weekly check-ins with your clinical lead to ensure you are on track and receiving the support you need
Monthly team peer review and training sessions, dedicated to foster multidisciplinary approach to care
Scheduled training and development opportunities; both self-directed and group delivery
Weekly supervision with a board approved supervisor and clinical lead, who is experienced in the relevant discipline
A dedicated buddy to support you to settle in and thrive

Now, here's the important bits... You'll need to:
Hold a masters degree in psychology or occupational therapy
Be eligible forregistration with AHPRA, upon graduating?
Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
Hold a full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance
Hold a valid Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain
Hold a current Police Check, or willing to obtain
Hold a NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willing to obtain
