The Role: Graduate Project Manager Permanent Full Time Salary: $72,800 - $83,200 per year A fantastic opportunity has now arisen in our company for a Graduate Project Manager across our Renewables and Infrastructure projects within Australia.
Reporting to the Project Manager and site Construction Manager you will be required to work from both our Adelaide head office and site, collaborating with the site teams and liaising with various stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare scope of worksReview and comprehend commercial and contractual documentationManage and maintain documentation, including drawings, quality assurance (QA) records, and financial documentsPrepare and process invoices and progress paymentsCoordinate and communicate with consultants and subcontractorsHandle variations and Requests for Information (RFIs)Read and interpret drawingsNegotiate terms with contractors and suppliersConduct cost reporting, scheduling, and project programmingSubmission and monitoring of Notices of DelayPrepare and lodge extension of time requestsRequired: Construction White CardDriver's LicenceA bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldProficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team and autonomouslyUnderstanding of building codes and Australian standardsSolid understanding of the construction process and life-cycleAdvantageous: Understand commercial and contract documentsPrevious experience in the construction industryAbility to read and interpret drawingsCost reporting, scheduling and programmingBasic Contracts Administration experienceBased firstly in Adelaide, or within South AustraliaWe offer a collaborative team environment both within and outside of the workplace.
