We are seeking bright minds to join our dynamic graduate program, launching March 2025 in Melbourne and Perth. Our tailored graduate program is designed to set you up for success, providing broad exposure to all areas of the business through discipline-aligned rotations. The program will also offer the opportunity to travel to our interstate offices and power generation sites to give you the chance to learn from our subject matter experts. After you complete the two-year rotational graduate program, you will continue on as a valued permanent full-time employee. We are looking for students completing a bachelor's degree in the following disciplines:
Construction ManagementCivil EngineeringProject ManagementEligibility criteria: Be able to start a full-time role based in Melbourne or Perth in March 2025Hold an Australian/New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency status at the time of your applicationCompleted/ be completing your undergraduate (Bachelor) degree in 2023 or 2024Next steps We will review your application and if suitable, our team will reach out for an initial chat.
