These values guide how we work and live every day!Graduate Pathway to SuccessOur 12-month Graduate Program is your stepping stone to becoming a successful Workplace Rehabilitation Psychologist and at the end you'll come out of it with a permanent role at KINNECT. Importantly, this role meets all the requirements for a Provisional Psychologist to obtain the practical experience needed to register as a fully qualified psychologist, while getting paid at the same time. With our guidance and support, you'll gain hands-on experience and develop the skills to:Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' cognitive and psychological functioning to identify barriers to returning to work.Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to develop individualised rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's needs.Provide evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and stress management strategies to help clients overcome challenges and build resilience.Offer counselling and education on topics such as PTSD, workplace stress management, and fostering supportive work environments.Monitor clients' progress throughout rehabilitation, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.Deliver adjustment-to-injury counselling to support clients in understanding their injury and developing effective coping strategies.Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.Program Structure & SupportKINNECT's Graduate Pathway offers a structured 12-month development plan, designed to equip you with the skills and experience you need to excel.
