What work does a Graduate Consultant get involved with?
As a graduate consultant you could be working on a strategy approach, documenting business requirements, implementation and testing of a new system, process re-engineering or documenting customer experiences or data remediation. With IQ Group you will have an exciting opportunity to learn how to apply agile and human centred design principles to your work, which can be used in a variety of roles.
We are looking for people who have graduated within the last 2 years or will finish study in late 2024 from related disciplines including; Business & Economics, Information Technology/Computer Science and Data Analytics with Australian work rights. Key skills we look for are attention to detail, focus on data analysis, critical and creative thinking, relationship building and a collaborative approach.

From there we review your applications quickly and our resourcing team will be in contact with those who progress to our interview stages. The interview process will be a combination of Group style interviews followed by one-on-one interviews with the leadership and executive team. We aim to have offers made by early November with the program starting in early February 2025.
