The Opportunity
The Department has commercial contract arrangements worth multi-millions of dollars with some of the biggest Australian and International organisations. Our Procurement and Contract Management teams oversee the Department's most complex procurement and contracts. With this, comes a diverse range of work that provides an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a unique and supportive team.
You will gain hands-on experience in process, negotiation and relationship management, along with providing a variety of procurement, contract management, administration, commercial and governance expertise.
We are looking to establish a pool of graduates for opportunities that are immediately available at the start of 2025 and that may come up over the following 12 months.
We have exciting opportunities for graduates across work with the following teams: major contract management, construction and road maintenance contracts, transport infrastructure project delivery, building and social infrastructure project delivery and goods and services.
About You
We'd love to hear from graduates who have completed a minimum three-year degree, within the last three years , in:
Business Logistics and Supply Chain Management Procurement Contract Management Construction Management Or equivalent/related field. Why Join Us

Year 1: ASO3 - $67,589 per annum, plus 11.5% employer super contributions

A minimum undergraduate qualification received between the years 2022 and 2025. Australian citizenship, permanent residency or a visa that allows them to work in Australia. National Police Check (or be willing to get one) and may also be required to undergo other employment checks. Ready to apply?
