About the opportunityReal Work with Real Outcomes – Starting in January 2025, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.
The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

Eligibility Criteria:
A genuine passion for Procurement within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution,Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights,Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2024).Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience. Note: Successful placement into this program will be subject to pre-employment checks, including but not limited to criminal, qualification, medical, and reference checks.
