Qualifications Food & Beverage Positions Recent Graduate from a hospitality, tourism or hotel and restaurant management program Must have ProServe certification Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred Culinary Division Positions Recent Graduate from a culinary program Previous experience as a cook an asset Must be able to lift, carry and pull up to 50lbs Standing and walking throughout shift and exposure to kitchen equipment including large and small ovens, stoves, steam kettles, mixers, sheeter, fryers, rational ovens, steamers, tilt skillets, fridges and freezers as well as blast freezers Housekeeping/Stewarding Division Positions: Recent Graduate of hospitality, tourism or hotel and restaurant management program Previous similar experience an asset Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk throughout shift and lift, carry and pull up to 50+lbs.
