Your responsibilities will include: Conduct thorough research, planning, design, documentation, and contract administration. Overseeing projects from inception to completion, while actively expanding our presence within the industry. Demonstrating curiosity and boldness in understanding each client's needs, and collaboratively crafting project-specific conceptual narratives. Providing mentorship to a diverse and inclusive internal team, supported by the Studio Leader. Upholding a design-centric approach with unwavering dedication and attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution from conception to realisation on site. To be successful in this role, you should have the below skillset: Have completed their Master of Architecture. Must be design focused, driven and passionate. Possessing Revit skills, including proficiency in 3D presentation software like Enscape. Exhibiting excellent verbal and graphic communication skills. Desirable skills include proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, and the Adobe Suite.
