As a new graduate, you will receive support from both a Clinical Lead and a Team Leader, recognising the significance of guidance and mentorship at the onset of your career.Support will include:Weekly one-on-one structured supervision sessions with your Clinical Lead, customised to your level of expertise and learning goals.Informal/ad-hoc clinical support; including opportunities for shadowing and reverse-shadowing during and after orientation period.Regular check-ins and continual support from your Team Leader to assist with operational and non-clinical aspects.Peer Coaching program- you will participate in a weekly 1-hour Peer Coaching group session where you will have the opportunity to discuss clinical questions and/or client cases with the wider team.About the PositionProvide high-quality, ethical and safe occupational therapy services across the lifespan.Assess and collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to identify and implement therapy programs in a meaningful and creative way.Assess and prescribe home modifications and assistive technology to enable increased safety, independence or quality of life.Complete assessments and reports that support life transitions and goals attainment.Communicate with key stakeholders to support client outcomes.Engage in professional development opportunities to support professional growth and best practice service delivery.Participate in identifying new client opportunities and referrals.What We OfferOur multidisciplinary team is cohesive, easy-going, and supportive, with a commitment to safe, ethical, and high-quality practices.
