You will get to work alongside 80+ other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. More importantly, you will also get to work with an amazing group of clients, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development.
The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:
Supported Independent Living (SIL) AssessmentsSensory AssessmentsAssistive Technology (AT) AssessmentsHome Modifications Assessments (including complex)Functional Daily Living Skills AssessmentsEnvironmental Risk AssessmentsSkill building and ongoing therapyYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.

This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program!
