You will work alongside 80+ other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division, performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. We provide the opportunity for every clinician to build a caseload that aligns with their skills and interests. More importantly, you will work with an amazing group of clients, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development.ResponsibilitiesThe types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:Skill building and capacity buildingFunctional assessmentsSensory assessmentsAssistive technology assessmentsHome and living assessmentsHome modification assessmentsYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.Graduate ProgramYou will be eligible to participate in ORS' six-month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
