If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist who wants to help transform lives through excellence and person-centred NDIS allied health services, then you will love working at ORS.
You will work alongside 80+ other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
We provide the opportunity for every clinician to build a caseload that aligns with their skills & interests, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development.
The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:
Skill building and capacity buildingFunctional assessmentsSensory assessmentsAssistive technology assessmentsHome and living assessmentsHome modification assessmentsYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.
Graduate Program: You will be eligible to participate in ORS' six-month tailored new graduate program.
This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.

A few requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational TherapyRegistration or ability to become registered with AHPRAA car and licenceA National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one for a client-facing roleAbout ORS: With close to 700 employees nationally, across 22 locations, we are one of the largest and fastest-growing family-owned and operated national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia.
