Where will my career begin? We're excited to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Tech Networks team as a Graduate Administrator based in Western Australia.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with one of our key customers, working onsite at least 3 days a week.
You'll gain hands-on experience managing handset stock and configuration, handling service queues, logging tickets, and providing exceptional support over the phone.
Role responsibilities may include: Manage and configure handset stock, ensuring accuracy and availability.Respond to customer queries by managing service queues effectively.Provide exceptional support by taking calls and resolving or escalating issues as needed.Log and monitor service tickets, ensuring timely resolution.Documentation and reporting.Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.What We're Looking For: A keen interest in technology (networks) and a desire to grow within the field.A keen interest in IP Telephony.Strong administration skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and organizational skills.A proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Basic technical knowledge or a willingness to learn on the job.Why join us here at Datacom?
