The Role
The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team.
You will be responsible for:
Administer the various databases within the Mining department to support business functions.
Develop and modify SQL Reports based on Mining data information with an emphasis on accuracy and streamlining processes for Mining users.
Administer the Wenco Fleet Management system and serve as the key point of contact for Wenco technical issues.
Maintain communication regarding the Fleet Management System parts inventory.
Liaise with IT personnel regularly to ensure security and protection of systems and data, and to plan and manage system requirements in support of Mine Systems.
Coordinate end of month (EOM) reporting for the Mining department.
About You
You will have:
Working experience with SQL Server-family skills including SQL DML, aggregates, window functions, and T/SQL programming is desired but not essential.
Working experience with configuration/code control tools such as Git and exposure to Python is desired but not essential.
Experience with visualization tools – Excel and Power BI.
