Our Product team consists of product management, software developers, experience designers, research, and a variety of supporting roles.
We have an opportunity for an individual passionate about research to join us as a Graduate Market Research Analyst in our Product Team based in Sydney.
Reporting in to our Head of Customer Insights & Research, you will play an important role in supporting our global businesses by:
Conducting market research on PageUp's competitors Ongoing market scanning for key trends, making sure intel is shared with our internal teams Research projects to support market intel and software development initiatives Coordinating interviews between Product Managers and companies where we've won or lost a sales opportunity ABOUT YOU You are a proactive and enthusiastic graduate who is excited to be hands-on and help to make a real difference for your colleagues; enabling those colleagues to make the best decisions they can through the research you work on.
You enjoy problem solving, helping people and developing new skills.
Requirements: A bachelor's/masters degree in Business or similar. A passion for people, numbers and research. Experience with: Excel or Google Sheets Searching Google and other sources for up to date information Clearly presenting findings and data (e.g.
in a presentation or briefing document) Soft skills: Demonstrated initiative, problem solving skills, time management and prioritisation skills. Ability to communicate both written and verbally with a wide variety of people. Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team. Keen to learn and develop new skills Having a great onboarding experience is important to us at PageUp group.
