Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toNational Marketing and Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by connecting ABB solutions with customer pain points in addition to building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-Hybrid but requiring sufficient onsite presence as part of the development plan. This role is contributing to the Electrification Services Business Area in Western Australia (Osborne Park). Main segments include but are not limited to Mining, Industry, Utilities, Food and Beverage. You will be mainly accountable for:Selling products/systems to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.Preparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.Our team dynamics: You will join a caring, innovative team, where you will be able to belong, develop and thrive.Qualifications for the roleNational Diploma in Electrical Engineering or higher.Sales and marketing understanding and ability to quickly learn ABB products/systems.General knowledge of customer processes and operational requirements pertaining to medium voltage and low voltage electrical products and systems in various segments including, but not limited to Mining, Industry, Utilities, Food and Beverage.Excellent skills in customer relations with mature selling behavior and actively drive discussions and negotiations.Awareness of contract and risk management.Ability to identify customer service needs and to match those with ABB service offerings understanding the value proposition for customers.More about usABB's Electrification Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations.
