Graduate Lawyer

TP Human Capital is recruiting for a Graduate Lawyer to join a respected law firm based in Townsville.
This role is ideal for someone who is just beginning their legal career or has a few years of experience and is looking to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.

As a Graduate Lawyer, you'll provide key support to senior team members in delivering quality legal outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws, rulings, and regulations.
Prepare client agreements and necessary legal disclosures.
Contribute to the development and updating of legal resources and templates.
Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents, including disclosures, client updates, correspondence, memoranda, and other client-related materials.
Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and third parties to support case development.
Participate in networking and professional events, including occasional after-hours functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and producing quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
