Job Overview
Dormer Stanhope is seeking a motivated law graduate or recently admitted solicitor for an immediate start.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with counsel and the principal lawyer, contributing to the preparation of matters for mediation and hearings.
This position demands a proactive, sensible, and diligent individual with a knack for effective communication, excellent judgment, and a robust service-oriented mindset.

Key Qualifications
- Completion or near-completion of a Practical Legal Training program.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven negotiation and articulation skills.

- Ability to operate both independently and within a team environment.

- Strong analytical, research, and legal drafting skills.

- High attention to detail with superior organisational abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with Windows-based systems.

- Completion of Succession/Wills and Estates at university is advantageous but not essential.
