About the RoleThe Graduate IT Systems Analyst (full-time based in Wagga Wagga), is a multi-disciplined role that encompasses elements of Help Desk, Software Support, End-User Documentation and Training, and Project Management. The Graduate IT Systems Analyst will assist the IT Team to support and enhance existing systems and processes across the business, and develop and implement new products, offerings and innovations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide process, system and software support to individuals and/or user groupsUtilise the help desk system to track and resolve all IT related requests, incidents, and problemsProduce high-quality documents, manuals, and communications relevant to systems, projects and business activities as requiredWork closely and assist business users, with analysing their existing work practices through systematic process mapping, identifying solutions to business needs, and opportunities for system and process improvementAssist with the development of high quality functional specifications for new system features and process improvementDevelopment and execute test plans and test scenarios for projects, enhancements, and software upgradesManage the post implementation support framework for end users and provide a high level of supportKey AttributesA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field1 years experience in a similar IT role is desirableBasic knowledge of Microsoft 365, MySQL and SQL ServerDemonstrate initiative and goal-oriented skillsExcellent communication skills, strong time management skills, and attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to analyse user requirements, identify root causes of issues, and propose effective solutionsStrategic thinking in combination with a decisive nature, capable of delivering quick solutionsCustomer service focused with highly developed communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work independently or in teams as requiredHow to ApplyPlease apply in SEEK, submitting your resume along with a covering letter addressing criteria.
