As a Graduate Investment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality managed funds product research to financial advisers and subscribers working alongside experienced senior investment analysts. Over time, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of asset classes, including Australian and Global Equities, Fixed Income, Property, Infrastructure, Alternatives, and Multi Asset portfolios.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive analysis across various asset classes (including Australian Equities, Global Equities, Fixed Interest, Cash and Alternatives)Facilitate the coverage initiation of new funds and maintain ongoing coverage of products.Develop technical knowledge of products across asset classes, Lonsec processes and house views.Assist in report writing and meeting preparation, involving the synthesis of written information and evaluation of product merits. About You: Recent graduate with a focus on financial analysis and industry knowledge.Strong qualitative research skills, with the ability to distil financial information efficiently and convey it clearly and concisely.Proficient quantitative skills for data manipulation and analysis.Effective organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and coordinate multiple tasks.Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.Positive, friendly demeanor with a can-do attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with senior external stakeholders.Demonstrable understanding of investments, equities, and ETFs, or a keen interest to acquire such knowledge.
