What are we looking for?Due to continued growth in our Public Liability practice, a new and exciting opportunity is now available in our Ashfield office. We are ideally looking for a proactive, passionate and results driven Graduate or First Year Lawyer. You will be working with one of our most experienced and respected practice groups nationally which will see you managing your own files. We are also open to discussions regarding flexible work.
Our public liability team assists clients for many injuries incurred that result because another party has breached their duty of care. Some may include; slips and trips on public or private property, unsafe premises (such as balconies, stairs or walking surfaces); dog or animal attacks; physical assaults; defective products; sporting accidents.
In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters, this role will also see you manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a public liability practiceContinually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new businessProviding a tailored approach to clients to understand the context of their matterIdentifying practical and innovative solutions for clientsMaintain and build new client relationships for the practiceProviding exceptional service to clientsWhat will you bring?You will be a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses the following:
