Graduate - Financial Services

Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and productive support to financial planners.Manage workflows, ensuring adherence to timeframes and turnaround schedules.Respond to planner and client inquiries in a cooperative and efficient manner.Deliver Fund Manager information and research to planners, assisting in the preparation of client reviews and Statements of Advice (SoAs).Enter data into the Xplan software system.Produce and facilitate SoAs.Efficiently deliver marketing materials to planners, supporting new business objectives.Contribute to overall team KPIs and goals.Qualifications and Skills: Enthusiastic and proactive professional attitude.Excellent relationship-building skills.Strong administrative abilities, including workflow management and project scheduling.Ability to develop key relationships with financial planners, external product and investment managers, and support staff.A keen interest in financial markets, wealth creation and economics.Experience with Xplan software is a plus.Support and Development:
