You will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Your duties will include:
Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomesWorking with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programsWorking collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionalsCompleting a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.Qualifications Our new team member will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, OsteopathyFull Registration with AHPRA or Full Accreditation with ESSA (or eligibility to obtain upon graduation)Strong communication skills to build and develop relationshipsExcellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environmentA desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiative and achieve resultsA passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefitsEnergy and drive to grow our servicesA current driver licence and access to their own vehicleAdditional Information Every day, we seek better together, for our clients, our customers, our community and each other.
