We have an immediate requirement for a Graduate Environmental Scientist  to join our  Brisbane Contaminated Land Assessment and Remediation team.
Our current and emerging projects span a variety of sectors including transport infrastructure, power and energy, water, renewables, waste to energy, Defence and industrial.

Here's what you'll need Ideally you'll already hold a university degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or similar.
This is a unique role that requires applicants?to hold the right to work in Australia.

In this role you will contribute to the delivery of field sampling programs, contamination assessment report writing and supporting other members of the section with business development activities.
The role will include the following tasks that will be performed with support from other members of the team as appropriate: Planning and execution of field sampling programs involving sampling of soils, sediments, surface water and groundwater.
Collation, analysis and interpretation of laboratory analytical results and other environmental data, including comparison against defined assessment criteria Preparation of contamination assessment reports with support from relevant team members, requiring research and review of technical / scientific documents Assist with the preparation of proposal documents and other business development activities Collaborating with other Sections to help deliver successful project outcomes for our clients Communicate capacity and actively seeks out work from colleagues Our Graduate Program As a Graduate at Jacobs, you'll be a valued member of our team from Day 1 and work on real projects, bids and tenders from the get-go.
