State Asphalt Services Pty Ltd (SAS) is part of the Kypreos Group which has operated within the Civil Construction industry for over 50 years and is still owned and operated by the founding family members.
SAS delivers our asphalt laying and spray sealing capability within the group.
Due to growth within the organisation and success in winning contract work, SAS is seeking Graduate Engineers who will work closely with Project Managers to provide additional support to the crews out in the field and be a central contact for clients.
With projects across NSW, with clients such as RMS, Tier 1/2 Principal Contractors, Councils and Private clients, you will be exposed to a variety of works and clients through the execution of your duties.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate should:
be degree qualified in Engineering/Construction be prepared to commit to specialising in this field of road construction have excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel be a team player, with good communication skills As some travel to site may be required, a driver's licence is mandatory for this role On offer will be in-house and external training in the processes involved with asphalt, spray seal and associated activities and an opportunity to learn all of the associated requirements relating to management of safety, quality, specifications and project management to deliver customer and contractual requirements.
