2025 Graduate Program

If you love to code and want to work with the latest technologies, you'll be a great fit for our team.The RecordPoint Graduate Program is a 12-month development program, consisting of three 4-month rotations through different areas of the business.
At the end of the program, you will transition to a junior position in one of our teams.The three rotations involve working in both technical and customer-facing teams, giving you a taste of various functions such as Engineering, Product, Field, Customer Experience, and Support.
It's important to us that you have the opportunity to learn how your future design decisions will affect many different areas of the business.The three rotations you'll take part in will give you a great variety of experiences, allowing you to get a taste of many different career paths.
In addition to this, we have a formalized mentoring program to help guide your professional development, ensuring that you have the opportunities that you need to succeed in your career.Our Engineers work in small pods, providing lots of opportunities for growth and development as you work alongside senior engineers on a day-to-day basis.
