The Graduate Program will connect you with peers across Australia, New Zealand, the broader Asia Pacific region and the Middle East.We offer optional rotations in the second year of your program to help explore your career pathway, a structured approach to promotions and salary reviews over your first two years and a culture that is friendly, inclusive and not built on hierarchy.What will you do in the role?The role encompasses a wide range of skills working with technical leads across water, civil, coastal and marine engineering and environmental science.You will have opportunities to work collaboratively with our valued clients, to deliver projects that provide long-lasting community benefit working on the whole life cycle from tendering to delivery and handover.There will be opportunities to undertake site-work conducting inspections and data collection for a wide range of projects.You'll be able to connect with a wider team of experts and build a network to share insights, knowledge and improve your overall technical capabilities.We're looking for individuals who:Have recently graduated or will graduate at the end of the year with a degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.Are passionate about the consulting industry.Have strong teamwork and communication skills.Embrace our shared commitment to safety in all aspects of our work.Have the ability to work as a dependable member of a multi-disciplinary team and self-prioritize workload.Be willing to travel to clients' sites from time to time.Great technology skills will be beneficial.What does the rest of GHD's process look like?Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed by one of our Talent Acquisition team members who manage each of our regions.
If your application is shortlisted, we will get in touch with you for a Video Interview, where you'll get the chance to introduce yourself and make another positive impression on both our TA team and hiring managers.If you're successful at our Video Interview stage and are invited for an interview, our team will contact you via email, text or phone to get that scheduled in.
Interviews will either be face to face in our office, or via MS Teams if virtual.
