The OpportunityWe have an opportunity for a motivated individual to work under close supervision to deliver a range of engineering activities related to assets and maintenance management, innovation, and staff change management.
As a Graduate Engineer, you will apply your theoretical learnings to workplace activities by maintaining project and design documentation, preparing draft project briefs and scopes, as well as assisting with internal reporting requirements.
You will work with technical services staff to develop maintenance schedules and work closely with contractors to ensure works undertaken are compliant with design and specifications.
We are seeking an individual who has a degree level qualification and holds a current SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction Card.
Skills and ExperienceYou will have the following skills and experience:
Understanding maintenance of mechanical items like pumps and/or electrical items like motors and switch gear.Ability to communicate effectively with office and outdoor staff.A high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn and use new and existing software and systems to record and extract data.Willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge within the engineering discipline and any additional skills, knowledge, and qualifications that may be applicable to the position.This is a fixed term full-time position working 35 hours per week for a period of two (2) years.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $92,286.77 gross per annum, comprising of:
